I ordered a case of blue buffalo dog food from this company on 3/21. My credit card was charged (I'm online and it shows the charge went through the day of purchase), they sent confirmation of processing the order followed up by another confirmation that the order was processed and being shipped. Today is 3/30 and I wrote them yesterday to ask where my food was and they replied that the order was being expedited. Really? I told them to cancel the order since it clearly hadn't been shipped (they lied) and to refund my money. They had the audacity to tell me that there was an issue with my credit card and it hadn't been processed but that I could start a new order if I wanted. Wait, what?!!! I told them I would go on social media to warn consumers about their scheme. She again wrote me back and said that the confirmations I received from them were contingent on receiving payment from the credit card company(I'm paraphrasing...her writing skills encourage my skepticism). Um, yeah...ok. I bet the next time I go to the store, they won't let me walk out with groceries bc it can take up to 8 days for them to get confirmation that they received payment from mastercard.
