AZ Pet Foods — Local services in New York

I ordered a case of blue buffalo dog food from this company on 3/21. My credit card was charged (I'm online and it shows the charge went through the day of purchase), they sent confirmation of processing the order followed up by another confirmation that the order was processed and being shipped. Today is 3/30 and I wrote them yesterday to ask where my food was and they replied that the order was being expedited. Really? I told them to cancel the order since it clearly hadn't been shipped (they lied) and to refund my money. They had the audacity to tell me that there was an issue with my credit card and it hadn't been processed but that I could start a new order if I wanted. Wait, what?!!! I told them I would go on social media to warn consumers about their scheme. She again wrote me back and said that the confirmations I received from them were contingent on receiving payment from the credit card company(I'm paraphrasing...her writing skills encourage my skepticism). Um, yeah...ok. I bet the next time I go to the store, they won't let me walk out with groceries bc it can take up to 8 days for them to get confirmation that they received payment from mastercard. This is what I get for trying to save $8 bucks from more reputable companies that sell the same...

What happened to Catherine Beckman happened to me! AVOID THIS COMPANY. I emailed them TWICE today about a cancellation to my order and request a refund because they haven’t shipped my Stella & Chewy food yet. After my second email to them, I was immediately notified that the item was shipped... how sketchy... my friend who emailed them about a cancellation and refund at the same time I did, they answered her right away and went ahead and refunded her. I’ve emailed them at least 5 times already and 5 hours later, still no response. I WILL be getting my money back after I file a complaint. A bunch...

AVOID AZ PETFOOD!!! This place must be a scam. There is no way to contact anybody. I have been trying for days to get a hold of somebody with no luck. I wish I had read the reviews. I plan to call the Better Business Bureau with a complaint. Something is very wrong, and I expect that perhaps they are out of business. All I want to do is return something. DO NOT DO BUSINESS...
