Always nice pleasant ladies serving you with a smile. I never have a complaint lol...unless they forget to put my MOJO sauce in the bag lol. All the food is good no corners cut and taste exactly how you expect it to taste. They aren't trying to squeeze every penny out of you and thats a big deal these days and translates to more business....seems like other business are tone deaf to that fact. I don't go to the other stores in the area anymore. I feel like with the surging prices in supply chain this is the only one that has integrity in valuing the customer and business relationship. The other places are just waiting to go out of business. The food here is more consistent than everywhere else and they take ZELLE !!!!!!! I wonder if they know how many times taking zelle has benefited them greatly! Who wants atm fees right? So don't bring your debit card...pretty smart they avoid the merchant...

This place would be a 5 But because of there food sometimes. Everything feels like it covered with salt and grease sometimes but overall it's NOT half as bad as some places I know such as the one from Boston road. In terms of customer service, they are very polite and they do take their time with their customers and the food isn't that bad. I highly recommend this place if you need a quick bite to eat or looking for a spot to eat with your friends/family. They're super friendly and the atmosphere feels cozy. They have potential to be a great restaurant if they change their cook or something lol, like I said before food at times can be extremely greasy or salty which is extremely unhealthy but overall it isn't a bad place. My experience with this place is very sad & a disgrace to the Latin culture I order for delivery a number 2 combo that includes the white rice, beans, choice of a side, soda n chicharron PERIOD when I received my order no one called me about it & on top of the meat was Fried chicken & I called them back to speak with the manager she tells me she’s not here so I said ok I simply explain to this lady aka that doesn’t know what chicharron looks like & i explain to her that’s not what it looks like on the menus that’s not chicharron it’s fried chicken she try’s to argue with me & told me that was chicharron. I didn’t feel like going back n forth with her I was waiting to eat, but I feel like it was unfair because it’s my money that...
