Jayso Electronics Corporation — Local services in New York

I don't write reviews often but felt obliged to after my interaction. I found out about Jayso from a reddit posting since I needed a true electronics store, not some big box store. I could not speak more highly about John. Having never dabbled in this field at all (electronics newbie) I was struggling with a project and trying to figure out my wiring. I called the store and John literally spent 15-20 minutes listening and walking through in detail how to wire the switch. The fact he actually listened, worked it out in his head, and gave me a genuine solution and feedback is unheard of these days. Usually you'd get the "I don't know you'll have to bring it in, we're busy", which I kept waiting to be said to end my call. But much to my pleasure and surprise, John kept listening and literally solved my problem over the phone with his knowledge of the situation and willingness to help.
