Millennium Nails — Local services in New York

I went here for the first time on my birthday for a coffin shape full set with gel color. It was a quiet weekday afternoon but I was the only one waiting. The techs weren't friendly upon entry. After sitting there 30 minutes, I was asked to pick a color which usually happens sooner if you're waiting. Eventually I get in the chair and once the women gets to step of applying acrylic, she was doing it far from the cuticle so there was a gap. I asked her to fix it she said it's okay I said no it's not so she fixed it. Long story short, my nails were less than satisfactory. Each nail is a different shape. Some of them are lifting after only one week along with other issues. Just an overall a mess. I will not be returning.

The service isn't quality. I went to get a pedicure. I asked to soak my feet for 5 minutes but I was told that I couldn't because she wants to go home. I then got up and waited for my sister to finish. Then while I was talking to my sister they proceeded to turn up the televisions loudly so that my conversation between my sister and I was interupted. Very immature, unprofessional and a downright disgrace. Plus someone who entered the establishment had just gotten their nails done the day before and they returned with a broken nail.
