SUBWAY RESTAURANT(56099) — Restaurant in New York

It’s a hit or miss. Sometimes it gets busy so your online pick up order will not be ready. I always see only one person behind the counter, so show much can one person handle when there are multiple customers in the store. Lots of great selections for Subway sandwiches; from Turkey, ham, pepperoni, salami, bologna, grilled chicken, rotisserie chicken (my favorite), Philly steaks, meatballs, tuna. Large veggie selections; green bell peppers, spinach, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, black olives, sweet bell peppers, jalapeños. Plenty of sauces; teriyaki, chipotle, mayo, garlic aioli, ranch, honey mustard. You can add as much toppings and sauces as you like. Cheese selections are basic; cheddar, provolone, American. They discontinued the mozzarella and Swiss cheese. Lots of drinks (sodas; fountain and bottled, juices, and water), chips, and cookie selections. But I’m usually there for the yummy...

The manager was on the phone yelling at an employee about not being allowed to eat at the location ??? People were complaining left and right about their orders being incorrect and/or not following notes requested as she was on the phone yelling the whole time. Safe to say it was a bad experience for all of us who were at this location. An elderly woman complained about the soda machines not working and she showed lack of concern. Besides the lack of professionalism, the food is not safe to consume. My husband and I got sandwiches and after taking a bite, we noticed the ham was completely brown and the cheese was covered in mold. We were so disgusted by this. This is the first location where the quality and freshness of the food is trash. I don’t know how they passed the inspection but go to another location where not only will the service be better but you’ll get...

I ordered a sub with 2 sprites and got ginger ale instead.Next time let the customer know their options before giving them something they don't drink.Very disappointed with them since this is the fifth time in a month that they messed up on my order.The customer service at this store needs alot of improvement.Once again I gave them another chance and they made the same exact mistake they did yesterday giving me ginger ale instead of Sprite I am not going to do business with them ever again after making the same mistake again two days in a row.They also forgot to give me the cookies that I paid for very lousy service there do yourself a favor and go somewhere else...
