The new Oma shop location on 146th and Frederick Douglas service is very bad. Iām not sure if the girl who is working behind the register is racist or just very bad at customer service, whenever I go there she gives me dirty looks and donāt even say hi, thank you, goodbye. But I saw her communicating with black customers and she is totally different with them, laughing, talking, making conversation and saying thank you and all the basic customer service things. Without exaggerating, she didn't utter a single word to me when I entered, ordered, paid, grabbed my drink, and left. A truly baffling experience that didn't make me feel welcome as a customer. I probably wouldn't return if I see she's behind the bar. Beautiful...
