The workers there are very disrespectful. Especially the guy with the dread hair...They sell a lot of bruised meat..And expect to buy it, and when you tell them that you don't want no bruised meat , they have they attitude toward you..!!!!.Basterds!!!!.They act like they are giving you the meat for free...And that you are not there to spend your hard own money..THEY ARE NO GOOD!

Service is great until I went home and realize that I may have been cheated of my oxtail. I bought a tail and asked for it to be chopped into small pieces. What I got mostly was the skinniest part of the tail and about half of the chunky area. I strongly believe its because I said loudly that I didnt have cash to tip them and if they can add it to my bill and they said no it cannot be done. II'm so pissed especially me going out of my way to come...

I cannot believe how much this place has changed and not for the better. The workers and possibly the owner as well shows favoritism and skips over customers who are waiting patiently to be served; all of this while the ticket-numbering machine is out of order. I will do my best to not spend anymore of my hard earned $$ in a place where being skipped over especially after asking to be helped is a common practice. ...
