Green Lake — Restaurant in New York

My comment is not based on the food since I have not had any kind of inconvenience My problem is with the guy who delivers food. Last night he brought me my food, and my son had forgotten to tip him, when he with a gangster attitude raising his arms told him hey brother, you're not going to tip me. I didn't like that at all since whenever he brought us food we tipped him up to six dollars, so I called the restaurant manager and told him the complaints. Minutes later The boy who makes the delivery called in a very aggressive way yelling at me and not allowing me to speak, totally an uneducated human being. If he is so rude that he insulted me and called me ungrateful all because I reported his street attitude. He denied everything that happened When he came to deliver me the food but he forgot that I have a camera at my door and everything was recorded and I sent the video to the restaurant manager.

I am a person who treats all workers with respect and I am always tipping them but if they come with bad attitudes and arrogance I will not give you even a dollar. The saddest thing is that since he is Latin, the boy believes he has the authority to demand his tip. And in addition to telling me in a threatening manner, I have been in this country for 8 years.

Everytime I order in person, the lady or the man behind the counter always gives me attitude. After reading some of the reviews I noticed that people claim that they are racist. I decided to see if this was true and began a little experiment.

I went in to order a small meal, as the man taking the order seemed annoyed at me and my girlfriend (who are black and hispanic). Afterwards the lady behind the counter said to me “you ordered so sit down!” Very aggressively. 15 mins later (while still waiting for the food to be done) a white lady came in, took a menu, slowly decided what she was going to order then was asked very politely by the man in front, what she would like to order.

10 mins later we noticed noticed that our meal still wasn’t ready. My girlfriend began to get annoyed asked if it was ready and the man at the front told her “oh yeah it’s sitting right here” so she told him that no one called us over. His reply was that because it just came out, as the lady behind the counter snickerd in disgust.

Just before we left the man called the white lady over because her food was ready.

This is racism, and green lake you will never seen another penny from us and the entire community should follow to show that RACISM will never...

Green lake restuarant sent me the wrong flavored drink. I asked for a iced tea which they always sent lemon tea in the past. A few minutes ago they sent me peach tea which I hate. I called the restuarant and they said it is cold outside and they are not coming back outside. Kevin who was not polite told me I will get a free drink on my next order. I asked him how will he track this since I do not order often. Well, he never answered my question and basically hung up on me. I will never order from this restaurant again. No customer service skills and very rude. I will definitely leave a review on Google and yelp about this disgusting recipe.
