The reason for my rating is being harassed upon departure at the front door. When I left yesterday, I was embarrassed at the front door - your your mini & tall security guards - WHO thought I came into the store to steal items ...so they asked me for my receipt. Let me tell you something, I usually WORK from 8:30am - 8pm (now 5:30pm)..I am a hard working citizen of the United States....so whoever you need to check, was someone else and not me. I have always paid for my items. Why don't you check some of the folks that live in the Fordham Road area that are contlstantly riding your elevators with items in their carts that they steal?????? Going to Burlington is not a need for me...it's a a want ...and trust me, after yesterday's incident...I don't wish to visit your store!!! Imagine I am a hard working person who buys all items and your stupid & illiterate security guards tried to check me....gimme a damn break! You need to check the folks that are in the back of your store that are stealing your items and somehow pass through your from door without your knowledge!!!! Your security folks are MORONS!!!! Read moreIt was my first time ever shopping at Burlington I usually walk all the way up to Dr. Jay Ladies and Rainbows. I walked in and I didn't know where the plus size section was. I kindly asked a lady if she works here and she rudely yes "Yes I work here!" and began to point at her name tag. I shook off her rudeness by laughing and asked here where the plus size section was (It's downstairs). They have nice underwear and PJs, but they're very unorganized. The hangers would say 1x, but when I read the size on the shirt it had something different. I tried to look for some bras, but that was a lost cause.
I hate how the ONLY registers are on the 3rd floor. They should have registers on each floor.
I did however manage to get like 15+ items for $42 dollars, which isn't bad.
Also, employees need to learn how to not complain about customers while customers are there. I work retail too and I know how it is to deal with customers. However, never talk about customers to coworkers while customers are...

Yesterday i tried them on for my morning run, i noticed the shoes were too tight so since they said i had 30 days to return them i went to the store to exchange it for a bigger size. The momment i ask the cashier to exchange them for a bigger sizes he didnt want to honor their return policy. I wasn't asking for my money back, all i wanted was the same shoes size one size biggerthats all, but just an advise for all of you out there , think twice before buying on this shaddy store.
