Insomnia Cookies — Restaurant in New York

This bakery is amazing when you go in person but do not do the delivery option. I ordered the 6 pack snickerdoodles and the delivery person either took my cookies or gave them to the wrong person in the wrong building because I never received my cookies, Customer service did a redelivery and I still never obtained my cookies but the delivery person claimed to deliver it to my house. I had to go out in the rain to check the other buildings for my cookies but I found nothing. I ordered the cookies at 6:34pm and by almost 10pm I’m on the phone with customer service frustrated. The cookies are amazing and the customer service when you go the bakery yourself is amazing but the delivery process was the worst thing I ever experienced.

Update: 2/28/24- I went to the store after the two failed delivery attempts and tbh Jasmine made the experience more pleasant. Absolutely horrible experience and not the workers fault . We were there for a first time ordering and some guy decided to walk in seems like a usual . Dark skin baggy clothes starting problems I’m sure you can check your cameras . Cursing and trying to start a fight just because we were figuring out what cookies we wanted . Things he said were very bad and the girls behind the counter looked terrified. He should not be allowed in that building ever . We bought more than 3 boxes and he didn’t want to wait that’s on him . All right, so this was a total disappointment I had really had really high hopes for insomnia cookies, cause they look more like a classic cookie, but it was an absolute disappointment.
