Completely appalled at the lack of professionalism and service. Ran into an emergency and asked if it would be possible to schedule a same day delivery and the person I spoke to went off on a rant about how negligent I am and as a home owner I should’ve planned ahead and there’s nothing he can do for me and it’s my own problem. Absolutely disgusted. I picked up the phone and dialed an oil company in my neighborhood and they were so kind, accommodating and showed up within hours. OV OIL COMPANY in Richmond hill is IT guys! Your service, especially response time as well as communication, is SUB PAR. First your truck is in Forest Hills. Then it’s in a completely different area, then it’s broken. Which one is it. It is unacceptable to provide such poor customer service. Was is so difficult to answer the phone or at least call back? Just watched this Chief Energy driver almost kill 2 pedestrians crossing 3rd st at 8th ave in Brooklyn. Sped through the light coming up 3rd st and didn’t slow down to allow pedestrians to cross and came dangerously close to running over a person jogging in the crosswalk.
