I received tattoos and piercings from here. The piercing service was perfect, the tattoo was the issue. I thought from their reviews and Instagram pictures that they’d do a good job with my colored tattoo especially because I have dark skin and the staff are POC. However, the service I received wasn’t up to my expectations. I waited for nearly 4 hours for my tattoo and then the healing process was a disaster. At first I thought I was potentially allergic to the ink but after getting a second opinion, I found out that the ink used for my tattoo was cheap! Very disappointed and I will not be returning.

UPDATE: I am here to address the comment left by the owner to clear up some misunderstandings. If what you say is true about other companies using that "tactic" to gain business, it is quite compelling seeing as how the tattoos healed so poorly. I am shocked and offended that you would assume that I did not personally buy the exact materials needed to properly care for the tattoo you gave me. I trusted your establishment to have my best interest in mind not only for the tattoo ink you used (regardless if it was on display for me to see or not) but for the materials and procedure you recommended in how to care of my tattoo that I followed THROUGHLY. I am well aware of the signs you have posted of your aftercare and made sure to double check the aftercare instructions with my tattoo artist. As for waiting 4 hours, I recall paying a deposit for my tattoo that insured that I, and I quote, "won't have to wait" and would be seen at the agreed time of my appointment. Given your outrageous and inaccurate claims, I am even more disappointed in your service. Thank you for ensuring that I never recommend your services which is a shame. My experience here has been anything less than good I went in first to get my nose re pierced that was in January it is April and I still cannot take the earring out without having to repop the hole because it was not made straight in order to change the earring 4 months later I should be able to take the earring out and put a new one with no problem that is not the case never experienced that then I was going to get a cover-up tattoo was told I had to leave $100 deposit I was fine with that when I came back to get the tattoo nothing was drawn the artist had me wait a few minutes came out with an iPad with the tattoo app photo app that you just put over someone's picture did not like that had me wait some more and came out with a with a picture again from a photo app of a feather as a person that can draw and very well I don't know about anybody else but nobody is going to want anybody to draw on their body they can't show you physical pen the paper that they actually have a skill week went by nothing was drawn up nothing and then was told I could not get my money back because that's how the tattoo artists are paid mine you she didn't actually draw a damm thing so yeah not at all...

I came across Club Inked Tattoos while searching for a shop to get my first tattoo done. Right away I saw that they have a bunch of talented artists based on their work online so I reached out to the shop and spoke with the owner (Kevin) who set me up with an appointment. The whole process was smooth. I told him I was planning on coming in with a group of people looking to get work done and he had great communication and facilitated everything throughout the process leading up to the day we came in. I actually came all the way from Maryland and it was absolutely worth it! Darien did my piece and he did a phenomenal job! He's a beast for real. Six other people in my group got tattoos that day and everything came out great. The whole experience was really the highlight of my birthday weekend. We had a great time in the shop, really good vibes with good people. Great prices too. I'll be going back soon to add to my tattoo and for any other work I may get in the future.
