Extremely Disappointing Service and Refusal to Provide Basic Amenities.

My experience at this establishment left me thoroughly dissatisfied. After purchasing a juice and an ice cream, I kindly requested to use the bathroom. However, despite the bathroom being clearly accessible, the owner rudely informed me that it was not available for customers. I was taken aback by this response and decided to ask again, hoping for a more understanding answer. Unfortunately, the owner's demeanor remained extremely unpleasant and unwelcoming.

The fact that a place that sells beverages, such as juice, would deny its clients access to a bathroom is truly perplexing. As a customer with my wife and young son, we were in urgent need of using the facilities, but the owner outright refused to accommodate us. This level of disregard for basic human needs is unacceptable.

The lack of consideration and refusal to allow customers to use the bathroom not only reflects poorly on the owner but also tarnishes the reputation of the establishment as a whole. It is disheartening to see such disregard for customer service and common decency.

I regret to say that I cannot recommend this place to anyone. The experience I had here was marred by the owner's rudeness and their refusal to provide a fundamental amenity to customers. Such a disregard for customer satisfaction and basic needs is indicative of a poorly managed establishment. Okay let me tell you how scared I just was at potentially having a major allergic reaction! Came here for the first time ordered a simple mango, strawberry, honey smoothie with oj. The owners son who took my order quickly made the smoothie without honey in which I was charged, and then proceeded to pour coconut water in my smoothie out of nowhere. I continued to stare him down thinking ok it’s for someone else. He looks back at me thinking I wasn’t paying attention then tries to hand me the wrong order. I quickly called him out on it and repeated my order again informing him I did not ask for coconut water I cannot drink it. No apology, nothing just snatched the cup off the counter. I couldn’t believe after trying to turn his back to me he poured the SAME SMOOTHIE back in the blender and started to add orange juice. Now I’m furious and yelled “I can see you purposely not making my order again start a fresh cup are you trying to kill somebody”!!! Insane, I am always big on supporting family businesses but this was a terrible first experience. Not to mention I am pregnant and purposely watch over how my drinks and food are prepared for reasons like this. Please be careful getting smoothies from this business. Very unfortunate because the actual smoothie that took three times to make was good. However I will never return, they don’t care about...

This place is falsely rated. It looks cute on the outside and at the cash register but do not let that fool you. If you pay attention closely you can tell this place does not take the food industry seriously. My fiancé got very sick after drinking 1/4 of her Large mango smoothie and vomited everything up into her purse! (Which we threw out of the window because it overflowed with orange mucus like vomit).

When I reflect on the reason why we were there... we went there for her to use the bathroom and we decided to get drinks. The bathroom was decrepit and had no soap in sight and the bathroom said “Employees Must Wash Hands” but no soap ... I visualized our whole time at the store and I remember seeing a box of browning bananas in the back corner by the bathroom. There was a sack of sweating potatoes that had flies flying around it by the cash register entrance and there was an odd amount of flies and a weird mayonnaise and fruit smell there. No one in there seems to care about anything in there but you just talking less and swiping your card.

TO SUM IT ALL UP, PLEASE DO NOT CONSUME THEIR DRINKS. THE STORE IS CUTE BUT IT DOES NOT MATCH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OR LACK OF CLEANLINESS. THE DRINKS ARE JUST COLD EXPIRED FRUIT AND...
