Very courteous and professional service. Barbra was very knowledgeable as to how to detangle African American hair. However Coco in My experience is not very knowledgeable about the proper way to detangle or how to properly SILK PRESS hair. I requested a silk press and she did such a rushed and poor job. My hair reverted that evening. Other Dominican salons I've been to has never done my hair this way. You should never detangle w a rat tail comb especially w natural 4b/4c hair. Coco is a kind sweet lady but she needs more info on the care of natural and thicker coarse hair. Thats my only issue, she and her staff are...

this place is horrible i took me & my younger sister to this place , she left my hair under the dryer for so long (2 hours ) , she brunt my hair off i have a bald spot , she brunt my head i have burns on my scalp , she put so much products in my little sister hair she cut it too short i asked for a trim...
