The bag was pregrounded…. I inspected it and on my mama they sold me CBD…. The taste the texture like the whole set up and it had what looked like hash thrown in randomly to give off a potent smell…..

Bro never again! Really want to run my money back because they played in my face but lesson learned

Yes, I now see that the packaging says pre-ground, but when I was in the store asking questions, that was never mentioned. I’ve shopped at multiple dispensaries before and this was the first time I unknowingly bought pre-ground flower. Had this been from a plug, it would’ve been clearly communicated that it was shake — and I could’ve made an informed decision from there.

That said, the main issue for me wasn’t even the grind — it was the quality. The product had an odd texture, questionable taste, and even with 30% THC listed, it smoked like something in the 18% range at best. It didn’t feel fresh or potent.

I do appreciate you clarifying that the flower is outsourced and not directly handled by your team. Lesson learned — next time I’ll be researching the brands more closely before purchasing.
