Key Food Supermarkets — Local services in New York

I miss My old neighborhood Foodtown. Replaced by Key Food several months ago, This store needs to be managed better. First, the sale prices are not being programmed at the terminal properly. There is not one day where I go to the store and as I walk out notice that I have been overcharged. Each time resulting in me talking to the store manager and proving to her what the price should be. In some cases taking pictures of the item's price tag as advertised on the shelf. This is ridiculous! Secondly, after convincing the manager of the sale price, I am instructed to go to a cashier. At this point the cashier tells me she is to busy to do this now with an attitude. After explaining again to the cashier about the price change, I got frustrated and told her just to reimburse me for the item. This is unprofessional and disrespectful. Bought a bag of rice without checking bc. Come on a bag of rice shouldnt have roaches in it or is the furthest thing from mind and the manager refused to change it because i did not have a recipt. A brand new bag sealed and all with dead roaches in it. I been going there a while and most staff know me.
