The GOOGLE GPS got us to NY Yankees Stadium but then, the APP sent us riding on a confusing BX6 bus ride away from the stadium. After speaking to two bus drivers and a few locals, we ended up back at the stadium. We ended from being nearly 30 minutes early for our Sunday's, (November 26, 2023) 2 p.m. tour to being five minutes late. We were met by an employee (young male) who quickly checked us in and led us to a point where we met our our tour leaving from a museum of some sort. My wife and I wanted to enter that area but was assured just to wait here, that we could go back to this area we missed, look around and take photos AFTER the completion of the tour. That information was incorrect. The guide told my wife we COULDN'T go back to the area we missed.at the end of the tour. The second complaint was the tour wasn't handicapped friendly. The guide walked at a brisk pace that couldn't keep our LARGE group intact. I walk using a cane and I couldn't keep up. I had to forego information by the guide to keep up. The guide fast paced walking including the narrow hallway and up and down flights of stairs seemed to me he appeared to be on a tight schedule. RUSH, RUSH, RUSH. The third complaint was the guide though using a microphone couldn't be heard at times as the part of the group lagged behind. I heard someone yelled a few times, We can't hear back here." He just continued on his brisk walk. He didn't make it a point to keep the group intact, check to see the group was together before talking as at least half of the group lagged behind including me. Thr guide seemed to have a wealth of knowledge but he shouldn't narrate while walking briskly. Only the people close around him could hear everything he was saying. We were part of a large group and the guide should try to keep the group together. Many times, I could only hear undistinguishable e words. Lastly, the field was set up for a football game featuring Syracuse and I believe Pittsburgh. This took away from what the NY Yankees baseball field looked like. The guide had to draw upon our imagination like homeplate was where the goal post was located. It was difficult at times to envision what the guide was saying about Yankee stadium when it didn't look like a baseball stadium.

My expectations were tarnished. The tour experience was not worth your time and money. I'll never recommend this...

Visited on a Friday morning before the game. Not particularly busy which was great. But didn’t have the best experience to be honest.

First issue, at the entrance, they have a security gate where they check bags. I had an aluminium reusable bottle for water. I was told I couldn’t bring it inside as it was a security risk... even though it was empty. I was told that I couldn’t leave it with security and I had to leave it outside the stadium. Ironically, I asked if I could bring a aluminium baseball bat inside, which they said I could! I’d even be allowed to bring a gun inside. But an aluminium bottle is a red flag. What a joke.

Anyway, after waiting for the whole group, we were taking through the main hall, then up to the press box. We had 10mins go take pictures. Great view.

Then we head downstairs through the concourse areas behind the seating and towards the memorial garden which was really nice. We got 10mins here to take pictures too.

Oh, there are no toilet breaks during the tour! Only before or after.

We then get taken to the museum. For a sports team that is world famous and has an amazing history, this may be the smallest museum I have I have ever seen. It wouldn’t take more than 15mins to see everything in this room. The tour then ends and we have to leave.

Now you’re thinking what about the locker rooms and the dugouts.... well these are not included in the tours! Anyone who has visited any sports stadium in the world would know that these are the 2 places everyone wants to visit! To exclude them seem a bit a joke, when the tickets aren’t cheap for the tour. The stadium and view was good but compared to other tours I’ve been on around the world, I’d say it’s a pretty poor.

Save your money and skip the journey to Bronx, use the money to do...

Last week I visited the Yankees tour for the second time and unfortunately I had a bad experience again. In 2024 I did my first tour with them and I had a misunderstanding with one of their employees (Josh) for recording video when it is not allowed but the staff did not mention it at the beginning of the tour. Last week (2025) I decided to take my son and again the experience was super negative. Upon arriving at the bar / restaurant I was greeted by 2 employees (a girl and a boy) I tried to ask if they had any storage room to leave our backpacks since we arrived directly from the airport and they did not even let me finish the question when they answered that they did not have a place and that the tour started soon and wait in that corner. They basically ignored me (please be aware that there is nowhere to leave your luggage) At the start of the tour I have the same guide from last year (Josh) at the beginning of the tour I mentioned to him that they should have a place for the backpacks and he responded to me in a rude manner; This is New York City, and if you don't like it, you still have time to skip the tour. I actually went ahead with the tour because it was my son's first time visiting New York. The stadium was hosting a private event, so we couldn't get on the field (this information should be made clear on the website when purchasing tickets). At the end of the tour, I tried to find the manager, but Josh wouldn't tell me where to find him. Very disappointed for the...

The Yankee Stadium tour started with some difficulties. Tickets could not initially be booked via the website. The reason: discrimination against European credit cards and addresses. We are from Germany and could not book because Ticketmaster.com – which sells the tickets – does not accept European payment methods. A Norwegian credit card with a German address was also declined. Telephone support was unavailable. We received an email reply stating that there was no other way to book. We then contacted Ticketmaster.com and somehow managed to get the credit cards activated for a transaction; but it cost us about 60 minutes of nerves and about 14 minutes on the phone, which also cost a lot of money! Then we got the tickets, and somehow the entrance was not where we thought it would be (Gate 6), but at the Hard Rock Café. The guide was nice, but he spoke very quickly and asked a lot of baseball questions, explaining the museum and the Memory Garden rather than the stadium itself. At $44 plus taxes and ticket fees, I found it far too expensive. After an hour, it was over; there was no goodbye, just a door to the shop. Tour was very good! On the tour you get to see some of the great sights of Yankee Stadium including Monument Park, the New York Yankees Museum, and the Yankees' Dugout! The best part is definitely going into the dugout and setting foot on the field. You will also get a short history of the stadium and some of the interesting parts of it. Tour gets everything in, but some parts of it were a little fast-paced. Some of the sights of the stadium, such as New York Yankees Museum deserve a little more time to see. However, you can still see many of these places before a game. Also, it would be nice if they could add some other sights such as the press box. Tour starts off at the Hard Rock Café in Yankee Stadium. You should purchase tickets ahead of time online. The tour was flexible and able to accommodate a time change on my part. You do get a Yankee Stadium magnet for going on the tour. A nice memento. Tour guides we had were very nice. A sight not to be missed if you're a Yankee fan!
