My music school is now happily located on the 7th floor in a building on W. 26th St in Chelsea.

Tim Intravia at Conrad Real Estate was instrumental on finding the perfect space in Soho for our salon / events space / art gallery concept IRON | FEATHER. After dreaming about this project for so long and meeting numerous other realtors, it wasn't until we found Tim that our journey truly began.

With patience, commitment and a killer sense of humor, Tim showed us at least 15 retail spaces until we found our new home. Unwavering and intuitive, he understood our needs immediately (in fact, the space we leased was one of the first he showed us.)

His vast of network of contacts (including lawyers, architects and contractors) were the icing on the cake and helped guarantee a smooth ride into opening our business.

As a small independent business, finding the perfect location was essential to our success. We gave Brennan a specific list of needs and wants and unlike other brokers, he only showed us locations that fit the bill to the T. We only had to visit a few spaces before we found our pot of gold at the end of the rainbow - a large versatile and bright space with a loading dock and one of the biggest elevators we've seen in a commercial space in Brooklyn. When we were ready to move forward, he introduced us to a great real estate lawyer to help with the lease. The entire process with Brennan / Conrad RE was simple, straightforward, and dare I say fun!
