I first tried this salon in September after finding them on Tiktok I went back two other times but my last service was horrible I’m not sure of the lady who does the blow drying/flatiron but she is a older brown skin Spanish lady who is very rough and inconsiderate… my last time going was on March 3 before I sat down in the chair I said I didn’t want any flat iron just a wash and blow as she’s blowdrying my hair she directly putting the heat to my scalp didn’t think to blow and I stated multiple times it’s hot and pulled away and she choose to ignore she sprays heat protecter in my hair before she decides to go ahead and flat iron and burns my forehead overall I hated my last experience then yesterday I decided to give my hair a wash to my surprise I see heat damage which is ridiculous I’m Caribbean and had 4c hair all my life and now it looks like I have close to 4a this salon will never see me again way too overpriced $60-80 just to end up with...

I recently took my daughter to this salon, and we had such a wonderful experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with friendly smiles and made to feel right at home. The staff was so patient and kind with my daughter — they made her feel special and comfortable the entire time. Her hair turned out absolutely beautiful, and she hasn’t stopped smiling since! I found this place on TikTok. Decided to give it a try because I really just needed a wash and blow out. They saw me right away. The ladies were very nice. They washed and conditioned my hair then blew it out and trimmed my very damaged ends. I was going to get my hair brushed right after so I didn’t need a full service.
