I went their on a monday weekday, highly referred by my friend so went with great expectations. I specifically walked in Juana greated me 2mins in and I said hello asked for GEL MANICURE GEL PEDICURE! That being said, it was going to be my first time (not sure what to expect), my friend briefly informed me they use uv light. I think they set me up with a new older lady. Mentioned again to the older lady I would like GEL PEDICURE GEL MANICURE again and to not cut my nails on the corners cause ingrown nails occur that's how they get you to come back weekly. She begins to point to the wall on your right hand side. Starts trying to cut the corners, reminded her again, after she was done cleaning, next step is nail polish before she starts asked if it's GEL PEDICURE she said yes.......well she completes my toes (no light)then sends me to Juana. I informed Juana I want GEL MANICURE just like my toes she goes and tells me OH THAT'S NOT A GEL PEDICURE. I tell her it's fine I'll keep the no GEL PEDICURE but would like GEL MANICURE she tells me OH we don't have the shade of pink that's on your toes it's a different shade,I tell her ok I would like to have no GEL MANICURE too same shade. She tried to convince my to have 2 different pink shades I refused.... She insisted on changing it my toes to GEL PEDICURE and proceed with my GEL MANICURE. Ok they fixed their error but guess what charged me more then my friend. My friend got charged $25 hands $25 toes, my charge $30 hands $30 toes. They messed up and i gotta pay extra?? Terrible customer sevice. Will never return, they're money hungry, will take customers that pay good tips first and skip others....too bad you lost a great tipper. Beware no prices posted they...

Most of them do not speak English & when I communicate with them through a translator, they say they understand, but yet when they do my blow dry, it rarely comes out the way I like it.
