Was just shopping around early being that I had a few months on two of my leases-(wife has one). Needed more room so went from the Nautilus to the Navigator! Well, we just picked up our 7th auto from Dana! Dana has always been great with a selection & doing business but I have to say, we dealt with Jeff Hurley as the salesman & he was great!! I will admit Iām a pain in the ass (hopefully more in a funny good way) but really gave Jeff a run for his money with trying to get a good deal. Jeff worked with me, including on being honest about MY best situation at this time that would be out of a few choices or even turning the car in early or not. No pressure, knew Iād be doing something soon but wasnāt trying to rope me in on anything. Fast forward w/ a screw up on my end, after a few days of running numbers in my head & bothering Jeff (that always got back to me) being I was not from Staten Island, I drove over the bridge to settle on a deal and JEFF WAS OFF- I wasnāt even thinking!!! I do have loyalty & I know Jeff worked on it so I did not want to deal with anybody else. I was telling the lady that greets you when u walk in that Iād come back another day, she (forgot her nameš) reached out to Jeff to confirm his hours personally and he said he would come in!!! Are you kidding me!? Honestly who would do that? Yeah I know some ppl would say āyeah heās selling you a car of course he would come inā - But NO thatās not a guarantee but he did, even when I said Iād come back tomorrow to close the deal, please enjoy your day off. He said no worries Iāll be there ASAP- Well, he came in, I still broke his chops and the deal was made. Jeff was great all around, down to earth, no pressure & I/we felt like it was a great experience. I really wanna say thank you to Jeff (& the whole team in accounting who were great also and made it easy, no haggling w/ other crap etc.). Iām sure they are all great, but Jeff was a pleasure to deal with & took care of usā¦.. AGAIN, on his day off!! Thank you Jeff, & the Dana team. PS: The truck is beautiful & rides like a dream!!...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf you are considering a Lincoln, Dana Ford Lincoln is the only dealership that should be considered!! Picked up what is now my 3rd Nautilus and 5th Lincoln (and my folks have gotten 2 now) since 2018 from Dana Ford Lincoln. I cannot say enough about Dana Ford Lincoln and the Team. What is normally a painful process is made easy and pleasurable. The Dana Team's approach, transparency and courteous dealings is what keeps us returning time and time again. Knowing my lease was coming to an end, Jorge Cornet reached out to let me know the great deals he could make on a 2023 Nautilus. Though I was looking to get the redesigned '24, Jorge was persistent (in a good way) that the 2023 deals are too good not to at least entertain. So I made an appointment, and on Friday evening I walked into Dana, and was first greeted and welcomed back by Sale Manager John Daly. John informed me that Jorge would be right with me. Five minutes later, Jorge brought me to pick out a car or to that would work for me, and then we began the process of working on a deal for the particular model I preferred. With almost no back and forth between myself, Jorge, and John, I had the deal I wanted for the car I wanted within 20 minutes. Because it was close to closing, I agreed to sign the contract and pickup the car the next day. I informed Jorge I would be under a time crunch Saturday I would need to be in and out asap. Jorge stay in communication regarding the prep of my car and what I needed to bring that morning. I arrived around 11:45am and Jorge, true to his word had me in and out within 45 minutes. Insurance transfer was super quick, Anthony Rivera (Finance) had the docs ready for my signature in a blink and Jorge presented me with the car. Once again Dana Ford Lincoln, Jorge, and John gave me an amazing car buying experience and I know I will be back for a 6th time when my wife's Corsair Lease...

Good Luck trying to get a loaner vehicle if you need service on your vehicle.
I have a recall and my Hill Assist Warning light on my vehicle that my wife drives. I use my vehicle to go back and forth to NYC for work so a second car is needed. I called for service with a loaner and was told that the next available date is February 9th. I had to look at my calendar to see what day we are in 2020. How can that be remotely possible. I told them that I needed a loaner as my wife needs a vehicle when I am at work so she can commute. They said to bring it in and they can work on it without a loaner. They couldnāt give me a timetable of when my vehicle would be returned.
I explained to them that the last time they took my vehicle I did not get it back for almost two months, yes two months. Why would I ever trust this dealership to get me back my car in a timely fashion. I went through this same ordeal last time with no loaners and Mike Varerla(only great person at the dealership) helped me out and getting me a loaner.
I was told that the loan manager was cancelling any appointments with loaners until the end of January. Great job on that decision! The loyal customers do not come first.
So now I am stuck driving a car with a service light because my wife does not feel safe and has a service light on. Again, great job Dana Lincoln.
My vehicle lease is up on February 15th and there is no way I will lease from Dana again. Like I said, this is my fourth vehicle with Dana and you think they would actually do something for their loyal customer but that is not the case. If you have your heart set on a Lincoln, find a different dealership with a better service team or you can do what I am doing and finding a different company that will put their...
