El Pollo — Restaurant in New York

It was a life saver if you Re in the area but food quality isn't the same when I visited the store 2 years ago food felt and taste with quality . I was there this time and and the store look the same nothing really change customer service was excellent the buffet was less and the rice I ordered was semi warm the barbeque was tough not to forget that sauce needed something g other than barbecue sauce to zest that tough meat up which was cold I dont like cold food at all especially when it suppose to be hot not why I said they were a life saver that same block there is a shopping center there . There use to be a Wendy's but I guess due to covid 19 and there was never a great amount of traffic there they had to close leaving el pollo the next best thing to go for late night food if u are desperate enough like I was and if you are coming from home you can bring it back and warm it up the food that Is and for you truck driver it's almost 53' approve park on service road and walk over ( it can save life during that...

Wow, We were very impressed with this hidden little gem of an eatery, If you enjoy Spanish style chicken,pork,rice and veggie type dinners this place should do you well, Located in an area not known for resturants it is situated off the highway and offers ample parking and plenty of tables, The resturant offers eat in or take out dinners and the place is extremely busy with the take out aspect as during our 70mins there at least 25 people came in to pick up called in orders and the phones were ringing pretty constantly as well, The foods are basically set up in a viewing case like a buffet and all are hot and you basically pick out what you see you like and they plop large portions onto your huge plate and your set to sit and gorge, The dinners are very low priced with not many costing more then $12 for any dinner and like mentioned the portions are HUGE and you will be bringin some home no doubt, Give this little place a try and you will be very...

I placed an order for an event that I was having six states in advance then I called the day before my event and confirmed it on the day of my event. The delivery man got lost with my order couldn’t find my home I had to go outside in the neighborhood and flag him down and carry my order home, He didn’t speak English. I was trying to communicate with him in the little bit of Spanish that I do know I ended up being late from my event, and I was stressed and sweaty from having to hunt him down.… I tried calling the store to speak to a manager, and of course, no manager to be found anywhere…. This business has no communication etiquette whatsoever. They’re happy to take your money though.. I will never order from this...
