Dollar Tree — Local services in New York

Mind you, the store is actually one of the better organized Dollar Tree.. it was the actual manager who made the experience a dub. Very short and rude. Already had an attitude when I approached the counter. So I gave that same energy back. When all my items were rung up and I didn't have enough she proceeded to cancel my items from the register , place them in a basket on the floor, then told me to get them if I wanted them. And when I asked for a refund on the food items I purchased she told me she wouldnt do it. Always an unprofessional putting their personal feelings into their work and making a hostile environment for the customer. The quote "the customers always right" was not the case. She was a nightmare to be around I can only imagine how her employees feel about her and that stink attitude. Hope to never have to interact with that...

I ask the cashier if my single bag that she put 2 soda bottles in would bust and she went ghetto. Telling me she was running out of bags and suggested I purchased a tote bag ? I thought when you shop that the bags was included. She went on & on I just feel some people are not built for jobs the need customer service skills and she needs to be let go. Whatever happened to the customer is always right ? Maybe she got a standing ovation when I left cause she sure put on a...

On 4/01/21.This dollar tree is just unbelievably sad. I stopped by here because I was in the are, but this store is just messy, with long lines. The workers here are not helpful, they seem to just act like they are working because the way the store looked. They couldn't be working hard or at all. They had boxes blocking the entire aisles. The best find here...
