My girlfriend came here because she was sick. The day before we came we called to make an appointment. They said we couldn't, but we can walk in. After we went in we waited over a hour to see her and another guy came in after us, but was seen before her because he had an appointment that we, so happened, cannot make. She also needed her physical so she didn't eat breakfast and decided to do it the same day. After she starved and finally saw the doctor for the physical, she refused to prescribe her medicine even though she was sick which is the main reason for the visit. The doctor even admitted to my girlfriend that she wouldn't get paid twice if she prescribed the medicine and we have to come back again. Dr. Teng is a nice and good doctor. The front desk staff are friendly. They accept walk-ins.They will call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment the day before which is nice. Be sure that your health insurance is active because they will turn you away if its not. The only reason I give it a 3 star is that the wait can be long depending on what time you come in. She is the only doctor at the office in a very busy neighborhood.
