The woman at the front counter is unbelievably rude — she did not speak up or enunciate and when we repeated our questions, she lost her patience and gave very curt and unclear answers. No greeting hello or thank you either. We have not had such an unpleasant experience while ordering food in...

waiting time is very long my crispy chicken combo is infested with ants. DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERR. Customer service is terrible!! Asked a simple question and the lady gave me a dirty look and started cursing me out in chinese!!! They really need to learn...
