Some of the nurses are very nice and helpful. Aaliyah is such a nice person she always helping someone and making sure they get what they needed. But the freaking receptionist is horrible. I called today to cancel an appointment and the receptionist was rude and being sarcastic. I was throwing up so I had to cancel and I couldn't leave the house. So I called to cancel and make another appointment. I told her that my appointment was at 11am she was laughed in sarcastic way and was like "your appointment was at 11 and you calling at 11:02 to cancel". I went to dr sugrim in the morning because I was having stomach pains. I spoke to Aliyah and she told me I would get my medication the same day. When I went to the pharmacy that evening they told me that the dr didn't send anything. They called the doctor for me and was told that I had to see the doctor because I haven't been there. I took the fone and asked to speak with Aliyah,she lied and said she didn't know who I was that if I had to get medication they would have sent it. She was extremely rude and told me that I have to go back to the office. I asked to speak to the doctor and she said he is busy and this is not something he can help me with. The 5 stars are for Ailaiya.(Aleeah) She is extremly smart, efficient and caring. Dr Sugrim is a great, knowledgeable, well informed, doctor, and the receptionist is kind and sweet. They are, however, very busy. Too busy I will say and I can no longer get that extra attention that I used to get. I was spoiled by the way they would attend me and my boyfriend and now it's overwhelming the amount of people that have appointments or walk in on a single day. The seating area is over-crowded and the attention is not the same. I highly suggest that Dr Sugrim looks into bringing in another doctor in to...
