A+ Nail Spa 2 — Local services in New York

First time here. I had an appointment for 1 pm and came in for 1pm. There were already two people waiting. Greeted by a lady and asked what I wanted to get done. I told her what I wanted to do and also told her I had an appointment for 1pm. She then says you have to wait. I said okay and sat down for 10 mins. Paul comes ask the two other ladies what they were here for and told them the wait times. He doesn’t ask me. After he leaves, I get up and asked one of other nail techs how long I have to wait? I had an appointment for 1 pm. She communicates that to her another coworkers. Then they tell me to come sit in pedicure chair. Paul tells me that someone will come to do my pedicure in 10 mins. I waited 45 mins for someone to come do my pedicure. Almost an hour after my appointment time. Then I had to wait another 20 mins for someone to do my manicure. He rushed through my design I asked for. Some of the lines are thicker than the others and missed spots. I spoke to manager. He claimed the workers didn’t know I had an appointment. I communicated having an appointment several times. Then, he says they needed to finish up the client they had. I said 45 mins to finish up a client? He said I’m sorry and gave me a coupon. I will not be returning to this nail salon. Horrible service. If I could give zero stars, I would. What is the point of an appointment time if you still have to wait an hour to get anything done? Entire experience...

This was on of the worst Nail salon i have never seen before. they only know the Money. Maneger don’t know how to behave clint . employ don’t understand Talk what i need . i told her to do SNS france Nail with tips . that lady don’t understand my talk . she put on me SNS powder top off jell Nail polish . i told her i never do before. why you put on me jell nail polish?? they charge me $60 .i come home my color is change . but when i go and fixed my color they charge me again $35 .it’s not my fault. but they know money . i went Prisca nail salon , they never do to me . if thay do wrong anything. thayer never change me . this is on off worst Salon . i’m very disappointed. so upset. that guy also don’t know how to talk women. very nasty...

This place is horrible! Got a spa pedicure for 40.00 plus gel polish and 2 design. The tech did not know what she was doing. She was filing my toe nails very close to my skin and cut me. She didn't know how to do ingrown l. She was filing my finger nails to soak off the sns to get new set and she nicked me several times with the electronic file. The guy who sits in the first chairwas giving me prices for the design I wanted and was just guessing the prices. I ended up overpaying for my nails. He charged me 40.00 for two nails. It's ridiculous! My 2 toes hurt where the tech cut me trying to get the ingrown. Never again. They also cut a lady and her finger was bleeding alot. Be careful. They are...
