I've been a client of this insurance broker for 8 years, and my experience has been consistently excellent. Even though I've only visited their office a couple of times, they've handled everything smoothly over the phone and by email throughout the years. They are always quick to respond to my questions and take the time to explain things clearly.

“Scammers” Be Careful Guys They Take All Your Information And At The End Ask You To Pay Money For Giving You an Estimates. No Response On Time, Total Waste Of Time. Worst Experience Ever. You should inform customer in the beginning all your procedure not in steps. First you ask to provide License, then previous insurance, then lost run report & once provided all documents, now you want $15 for MVR. Worst broker management ever...made a payment online ,everything went well got confirmation and all of that..... 8 fays after that they contact saying that payment didn't go thru and i need to pay them 35$ dollars and the monthly payment. When i ask them to show me prove that they charge them 35$ before i pay it back they say they gonna cancel my insurance. Is that right ? I know when i give a bounce check my bank charge me 35 a fee not...
