E Nails Studio — Local services in New York

The overall services are great, I’ll give them that — and the atmosphere is clean and calm. Thus the employees and owner were polite.

Now, I found it very off putting that prior to getting the Services — we made sure to ask for the total price before getting anything done. As we as customers, wanted to be sure to have enough to tip each provider for (nails and toes separately) —

By the time it was time to pay, an additional cost was added on and we personally felt like we were put on the spot in front of other women in that salon — to tip each provider; after the additional price was added on at the end of the services.

Which not only made us extremely uncomfortable but uneasy at the fact that tipping culture is continued to be forced — I would like to also add that; the tipping part was never the issue. It’s the principle and the fact that we asked the owner the total before getting anything done, leaving us with enough to tip each tech.

Like I mentioned before the services are good … but If an additional cost was to be set, the techs SHOULD disclose that prior to doing the service and the owner should take this matter more seriously.

We won’t be the first or the last to mention this as costumers — any rightful business would do the right thing.

This does not take away from how good their work is — considering this was our first time at this location — due to the actions, we will not be coming back ..

I can't say enough good things about E Nails Studio! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with such warmth and friendliness – it felt like I was catching up with old friends rather than just visiting a business. The customer service here is top-notch; everyone goes above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable and satisfied.

The studio itself is spotless, with a calming, clean environment that instantly puts you at ease. It’s clear that they prioritize hygiene, and I love how everything is sanitized before and after each client. It’s one of the reasons I feel confident coming here every time.

As for the nail technicians – they are true professionals. Not only are they incredibly skilled, but they listen attentively to your preferences and ensure you get exactly what you want. Whether it's a classic manicure or something more intricate, they make sure your nails look flawless every time.

I always leave feeling pampered and relaxed, and I truly look forward to my next visit. Highly recommend this gem of a nail...

Eva, Jenna, Yumi, and Hebe are all really nice, and they each have their own styles of working. I never feel rushed when I go there. I usually just get a regular manicure and pedicure, and I genuinely prefer to stick with one person for my nails. Jenna and Eva did great massages. I really appreciate how Hebe trims and removes the dead skin without using the electric drill. The only downside is that they sometimes forget to turn on the massage chair, and I feel a bit too shy to ask them to do it, haha. Even though I'm paying more than average, I still go occasionally. I really hope there's a lower price for a basic manicure and pedicure without polish on the hands. Haha! One area for improvement is to always ensure that the massage chair is turned on and to take time with the massage for both the hands and feet. :) it’s nice to nit feel rushed. Overall, the place is clean, and the staff is very friendly...
