Smileys bagels — Restaurant in New York

I live 3 blocks away. I ordered a salad and panini for lunch, see pictures. The salad was drowning in dressing and limp. The sandwich was soaking in mayo and even more limp then the salad. It took 1.5 hours to get to me. My wife ordered a garden salad and got a caesar salad, also drowning in dressing. She ordered a sandwich meal that is suppose to come with chips and a soda, neither of which arrived. When she called them up they yelled at her that it was a garden salad. They came and replaced the caesar with a garden salad, devoid of dressing. I guess its flood or famine when it comes to dressing. And for those of you that look at the picture and say " it couldn't have been that bad if you ate the whole sandwich" I didnt. I took the Turkey, rinsed it and gave a good portion of it to my dog. I will never order...

I’m honestly appalled by their customer service. I came in requesting a turkey bacon, egg and cheese and when I got into the car, I took a bite and realized it was regular bacon. I go in explaining my situation and stating I can’t have bacon. They took the sandwich and saw that I took a bite into it and said this is your fault. You need to specify that you want turkey bacon. Instead of apologizing when I always say turkey bacon, as I don’t eat regular bacon for religious reasons they went ahead and said well there’s bacon all over the grill. I felt completely ridiculed and belittled. I hope you understand that you have customers from all different backgrounds and clearly Smiley Bagels is not inclusive to our Muslim community....

Anyone ever have a bad experience with calling in a delivery with smileys bagels on victory blvd?? I did quite a few times. Every time I call I feel like I always have to repeat myself when giving in even the simplest order. Or even have to repeat myself when having to spell out my street address. Or they repeat themselves with “I can’t hear you”. I give in my order and it seems the girls answering the phone is always behind when I give my order and it makes me so impatient that I get discouraged and just hang up on them.
