First time ordering from guac time. There was a BOGO going on for several items except that if you ordered like say a burrito or a dish you had to order the exact same one for the second one. I ordered the burrito and I got a second one which I gave away, but the other person wanted rice so that means I had to race. The race was over Overbearing there was a great abundance of rice that it’s falling all over the place and maybe because I’m not a big rice eater it seemed to me like too much. The burrito itself is tasty. I couldn’t really taste the meat or anything but the rice but it was tasty enough. It was huge. You can either share it if you’re not a big eater or definitely could make two meals. I also ordered a guac and chips and a container of queso a small container to try it because I hadn’t tried either and both were delicious the queso that was a tad bit watery. Maybe could’ve been a little bit thicker but the guacamole was good and if I go there, I would get those again. Next time I think I would’ve ordered a case again and another, sidenote the proteins and some of the extras cost extra. I had to pay 399 for chop meat and all I taste is rice so just think about that maybe you want to get no rice so you could taste what you’re paying for other than that. It’s good. It’s well worth the visit. it’s a bit pricey so bring your wallet and credit cards, but it’s worth it. The restaurants are clean and the only thing about the staff. I noticed when I was in there picking up orders for Uber a couple weeks ago they had one person making the orders at one person in the kitchen and you have people walking in people ordering to pick up and it’s a lot of work for one person so you know it could be a little bit slow. I’m waiting and I waited a long time for the orders I was picking up because I had one order that had two items and the other order had like about 20 but again they only had one person doing the orders and one person working...

Update 1: 2 Stars - April, 2025 Just ordered from this place for the third time this week. Food is amazing but the business is operated in a very disorganized and careless manner.
For the third time this week, they messed up my order and forgot to send some of it. Every single time I placed an order, there has been an issue!!! Twice, my order was delivered with only half of what I ordered, multiple times they forgot to include toppings or add ons! Which ruins the whole experience because by the time the rest of the order arrives, everything is cold and needs to be reheated.
You can’t run a business this way and expect people to continue to order from your place! I hope they get their acts together because if they continue to run it this way, they will not be in business for long.
Original review - 5 Stars - April, 2025: Placed a large take out order from this place through UberEats for the first time this week. The food is amazing and absolutely delicious. We will definitely be ordering from them again as long as they stay consistent with their quality and quantity of food.
I like that it’s a halal restaurant and the fact they’re open late. They have the potential to become very popular and possibly take major market share from that other Mexican food chain restaurants (That starts with a C.)
They forgot to give the UberEat driver half of the order. I contacted them and they acknowledged the mistake and apologized. They sent the remaining bags with another driver and did the...
Read moreHorrible customer service and even worse management. I went here about a month and a half ago after placing an online order. I waited the designated pickup time and went to the store to pickup my food. The receipt was still hanging out of the printer, they hadn’t even started the order. No big deal. Told the girl at the counter and watched her rip the receipt out, who they left running the counter by herself. She ended up taking the entire line of customers ahead of my order. No big deal, but since it was prepaid from an online order I couldn’t cancel the order and just had to sit and wait, which ended up being another 20 minutes. I took it for what it was, that they were probably busy. The food was good, so I was willing to give them another chance. My mistake for even doing that. I just placed another online order and came home to realize it was missing the guac I paid extra for. Again, no big deal mistakes happen and I’m not faulting them for that. What I thought would be an easy fix of them just refunding me for the guac was not so easy. I called the store and explained this to them, they first told me to come back and they would give me the guac. I was already home and it’s 10pm I just asked them to refund the guac back. He put a manager on the phone who told me the same, to come back and get a cash refund or the guac. I explained that’s an inconvenience and if they could just process the refund on my card id appreciate that. He literally told me “I don’t know what to do” on the phone. At that point, I just hung up and cut my loses over the difference in cost. You could tell they lack basic training and guidance from...
