10/10 experience!!!!!!
Me and my wife booked a charter for our 5 year anniversary. I’ve lived in NYC my whole life and never thought about going out on a yacht but I’m glad I did! We got to pier 59 and Captain Andy was waiting for us at the entrance. He was incredibly polite and welcoming! Customer service is a big thing for me and he did not disappoint. Every moment was just filled with laughter and great conversation. We walked to the yacht and it was BEAUTIFULLLLLL!!!! He was a true gentleman and helped us both on.
We booked a sunset tour. Now this is the part where I was in complete shock, the views on the Hudson are stunning! My jaw dropped when we left the marina and saw the sunset, just immaculate. And what made the charter even better was the Captains knowledge about the area. Fun facts about Ellis island, the city, the statue etc.
About an hour in and we reached the Statue of Liberty and we were just astounded by the view. We were already extremely happy about the views we had of the city and then the statue was the cherry on top. Absolutely magnificent. He was able to get the best view at the closest possible range that he could and we could just not stop staring. Like we were hypnotized. The feeling was just phenomenal.
All in all, this was a 10/10 experience from start to finish. A great captain with an amazing personality alongside his wonderful hospitality, a gorgeous yacht, beautiful views of the city and statue and most importantly my wife was ecstatic and happy about the trip. Big thanks to Captain Andy, I will be recommending you to everyone I know. I will also be back with friends, family, co workers etc. Any excuse just to come back and experience the joy I felt on this charter. It’s been a week since I had this charter and I can’t stop talking about it at work, at home, to my neighbors and anyone I talk to. Thank you Captain Andy and see you...
Read moreWorld-class experience with a world-class crew! I mean wow, wow, wow! You can tell this business really considers all the small details and puts the customer experience first. From the very beginning I knew we were in good hands when Captain Andy greeted us at the dock with a smile and made us feel welcome and answered all our questions as we walked to the boat. I have a family member who gets sea sick often but Andy's vessel is so stable she never once felt sick! Getting to the boat was seamless and it's so spacious everyone can sit comfortably and move around as they please. Captain Gino was also there to assist with the sailing and anything we might need, and his bedside manner was top-notch. Never pushy, always helpful and friendly. Also his pictures are 11/10, like what he can do with an iPhone camera I swear people pay hundreds of dollars for, and it's all complimentary! The views are insanely good, that goes without saying, you're staring at the NYC skyline the entire time and they did a great job of bringing us to all the right spots. Bottom line, if you're looking for a hidden gem of an experience just go ahead and book, we went in the day and it was fantastic, but I'd imagine the sunset has to be amazing too. My advice is book early before...
Read moreAMAZING NYC experience!🏙️⛵️☀️ I can’t believe this is real! A sweet little retro boat (1960s Porsche on water). INSANE views of Manhattan🌇🌇🌇 and the nicest, chill, captain Andy at the wheel.
We booked a couple hour trip to sail right by the Statue of Liberty🗽 The weather was amazing - what a beautiful day! Surprisingly it was smooth sailing gliding along.. It was insane to be on a boat, felt private and exclusive, like we had a cool friend with a boat that happens to sail in friggin NYC!
Captain Andy was super friendly, a salt of the earth kinda guy. Lots of knowledge cos he’s captained yachts in NY for years, now he’s got his own boat. Impressively he also captains cross-Atlantic yachts, plus he winters in the Caribbean, so we felt in good hands.
We totally want to book again - do a sunset sail this summer while the weather is nice😍🌇⛵️🌃
Soooo recommend this if you want a TRULY one of a kind...
