AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Horrible place! Very rude owner and staff. You trying to ask him a question he wouldn’t even let you finish.. he’ll just tell you no, I don’t know, I don’t wanna know. A lot of fake and defective items. I bought refillable vape from them 2 times. Both times it was defective. Stopped working 1 and 2 weeks after purchase. He would never give you a refund or an exchange. He wouldn’t even listen about it. Don’t buy any electronic /battery devices. They have problems with their supplier. I think they get a lot of fake stuff. Don’t even wanna talk about it when you confront them. Also, if you buy juice for vape be very careful because they have a lot of expired stuff. The RUDEST and the most DISRESPECTFUL staff. They will never try to help you with anything, ANYTHING. Do not even try. I've been coming to this place for over 8 years and NOTHING has changed. From the angry face of the owner to the current staff, it all the same. If the owner is not glad to greet you, guess what, neither the staff will.

On the opposite, the shop is nice and well organized inside. I feel so bad when I see such a bad management running it with ridiculous hood policies in place making everyone feel uncomfortable!

It's ok, as in, they have a lot of things that I couldn't find anywhere else (except of course online). So when I need something important and immediately, I'll probably end up going here, cause I'll most probably find what I'm looking for. But with that said, I really don't like the store, the customer service is at best none existent. At worst they're unfriendly and nasty. And the prices are nothing to sing about either. So lately I'm avoiding having to make my trips here, by just planning ahead better, and buying everything...
