Jenny is absolutely amazing person! My both kids are going to this school from 2020 and this is the best school to start your musical journey. And it is expected to be QUITE in this place because kids are having lessons in the rooms. And if someone is screaming in the waiting area, it is highly disrupting the learning process for those who are in the room learning to play on music instruments, singing or dancing. So if you expect talking with your friends or coming with little siblings who are all over the place screaming or climbing on chairs then think about taking your toddlers outside. Music Box School is not a PLAY GROUND, neither a DAY CARE. So think accordingly before coming here and expect to be loud. I highly recommend Music Box School to start with learning music. And they have free trial classes. So don't believe in all reviews posted here. Go look for yourself and you will never wants to leave this place. It's like family here. Good thing is we have a wonderful teacher Ms.Anna. Not good thing is you should be aware that there is a possibility that you come to your class and, without any notifications from the school's side, you might meet a completely different teacher, not your and, the main stressful thing, the teacher, who doesn't teach your subject, the subject that you pay for. Do not expect even explanation or apologize for this, as well as make up or refund for this lesson. As I understood from my experience, it is not big deal for the owner, this is your personal problem. From the other side, when it comes to your real problem, such as unexpected illness of you child at the day of recital, there is also no discussion about refund or any different compromise. As for the wonderful reviews posted here, some of them are, of course, true. But some of them are part of school policy: post review and get discount for you monthly payment.
