Euro House Tile & Marble — Local services in New York

We have purchased tile in the Euro House for our bathroom. The tiles were delivered to our house and when the delivery was made we inspected the boxes outside and also opened a box to make sure they were the right tiles. The contractor put the tiles on the wall and once they got to box seven and opened it the box they were glossy vs. mat. We originally wanted glossy. Euro house delivered some glossy some mat tiles. So at this point 6 boxes of mat tiles are up and we came to the store and asked that the 6 boxes of tiles be replaced and glossy tiles delivered and also that labor is compensated for to remove the tiles...it was a day later so they dried so sheetrock will need to be replaced as well The owner refused to replace the tiles and refused to compensate for labor. Was very unprofessional and blamed us and the contrcontractor for this mistake. Would not recommend anybody purchasing anything...

BEWARE! If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is involved in fraudulent activity. They company billed my credit card over $10,000 and I have never even stepped foot in their store! Since December, I have sent them emails, chat messages and a voicemail and no one has contacted me to help fix it. They have not supplied me with any information as to who made this purchase with my credit card, which leads me to believe that either they are not getting identification from their customers for credit card purchases or that someone who works there may be the culprit. I do not own homes, properties or businesses to purchase building materials. I am now having to force my credit card company to investigate and file a police report but in the meantime I am paying my card for something I do not even have in...

ordered from this business before some tiles for my bathroom . had an issue with the plumbing so needed to reorder the same tiles as previously ordered . he ensured me its the same . after i had it installed by professionals . it is 2 different tiles . when i reached back to the owner of the store "(Rami Bareket" ) . he kept on convincing me to replace all the tiles and to try to sell me more instead of correcting it for me and replacing the wrong items he sent me . i asked to return it . or to replace it to the right item i purchased he refused to . and of course he asked me to pay by zelle this time . its unprofessional . its not right about tasking peoples money like this . and i would not be quiet about it...
