If only I can give 0 stars I would. I was looking for a bed frame. I randomly walked into this store in Brooklyn not having any idea of there horrible reputation prior. I was greeted by Effie who I asked to show me bed frame they sold. I found one I liked and I asked if she can deliver on Friday. I got this bed August 2nd and was promised an August 6th delivery. I was very excited to get my bed as it was REALLY needed and I expressed to her I NEED this bed ASAP. August 6th comes, NOTHING. She didn't even call/text me about my delivery I had to reach out to her to ask where is the bed? She made up some excuse how the man couldn't come clean the bed and it would come this weekend. Again the weekend comes and nothing. Surprised...no. I called the store and got in contact with Michael. So now I am texting Michael. Everyday they promised me the bed will come, it did NOT. This went on for 3 long weeks. First the excuse was, 2 guys got heat exhaustion. Next, the truck was too busy. Next, he was short 2 drivers. Next, when they were "in-route" to delivery they mixed up the rails... (what rails, I don't know. My bed had no rails.) Finally, I told them if you don't bring it by TODAY (AUGUST 26TH) I want a FULL refund. The bed never came, so I called my credit card company.

I am very very disappointed, wasted my time waiting for something that was never...

Same issue like the person below, they told me 6-8 weeks , and now its 12 weeks and nothing , the guy offer me the shipping free as if he was doing me a favor fyi that "guy" is the owner, hes known for being shady and a thief , a few tips if you do plan on shopping here :

1st they look at you and then tell you the price , they don't have set prices all depends on what you look like and who you are , so make sure to haggle them down cuz they OVER inflate their prices

2nd don't buy unless you use your credit card do NOT give them cash , thats the nail in your coffin

3rd don't buy here unless you have 6 months to spare.

Dishonest! Waiting over 4 months for a promised refund for a returned damaged item. The owners Michael and Heather are thieves. Very shady business practices. Read the other reviews and believe them!

It took the vendor 3 weeks to pickup a damaged rug due to their lack of response. It’s all in writing via text and email! After another 2 weeks of waiting for a promised credit, I was forced to contact Amex who did get a response! Heather spoke with Amex and promised a refund so they closed the dispute. Who lies to Amex on a recorded line? Who steals a customer’s money? A credit should have been issued 4 months ago on the day the item...
