I can't start to explain how amazing this place is. Here are the reasons why this place is great

Pedro, the waiter, is such a nice guy. He always makes us feel so welcome and will always say something nice. If you are a regular, he will most likely remember you and your order. He even recognized us on the phone! He will always check in on you and if anything is wrong he will fix it immediatly. Overall a really nice guy

The food is delicious. I will say, this place is more of a diner than a coffee shop. This place will provide classic, perfectly cooked, delicious, and well-priced food. The food always tastes good and fresh. Whoever the chef in the kitchen is (I've never actually seen him) is amazing and makes the best diner food in the neighborhood. The food is really well priced and so good.

This place is so clean. Whenever I walk in here the place is immaculate. The floors, Tables and the bathroom are always spotless. I've never had a dirty fork or a greasy table here.

This little local gem is amazing. I used to come here for brunch every other week before COVID. We have always loved how Pedro treats us, the quality and price of the food, and how clean this restaurant is. This is probably the best diner in the neighborhood. They also doo delivery/pick up. They have free WiFi, and in a convinient location. I totally reccomend this amazing...

I walked into the diner on a hot summer morning to get breakfast for me and my significant other after visiting 2 other deli stores for breakfast, which were either closed or not serving food. I was greeting warmly by the waiter/ manager, who presented me with the menu. The menu items were tantalizing but not overwhelming, and was simple to navigate. I ordered 2 breakfast wraps. The food came out at the time the manager said it would.

I went back home to enjoy the food with my partner, and I had noticed that her food order was missing a key item in the wrap. I called the store and the manager offered his sincerest apologies and was willing to deliver me a new one.

I declined the delivery and chose to pick it up myself. When I had gotten there, I was prepared to give him tip for his kind, apologetic, and sincere efforts but he quickly refused my money.

5 star review for taking responsibility for the oversight of the restaurant and for taking the customer's concerns with importance...

The Western omelette is stuffed with onions, peppers, and ham and cooked just right! Home fries are delicious, not too greasy and have a great little crust from where they hit the grill. Side order of bacon is a perfect portion size, and texture is on point...not too crunchy, not too soggy. I appreciate that they took care to wrap my coffee in saran wrap so it wouldn't spill during delivery.

One of the few places that delivers a great quality, great value breakfast in the area. Will order again.

Edit 7/6/2018 - Since I last wrote my review, this place has become my go-to breakfast and lunch spot. Super fast, courteous delivery, and spot-on, savory diner-style food. Highly recommend the Farmer's Omelette, the French Toast, the Av P Burger, and the Av P Wrap. Onion rings only 50 cents extra.
