Huang Ming Hing Kitchen — Restaurant in New York

The food is average but not the reason for my 1 star review. They usually have a lunch special 7 day a week from open till 3:30 pm. I work in the area regularly and go to the resturant once or twice a week. I arrived their at 3:05 PM ordered a lunch special and their special was $7 with tax came out to 7.60. the food was ready for me to pay and i had $8 ready and the lady told me $10.60!!! I said i ordered the "lunch special" its usually 7 dollars at this time and she told me not anymore with an attitude. If u changed the criteria u should have told me b4 u prepared it and i would of ordered something else! your menus still say the $7 lunch special ends at 3:30!!!.
