Used to come in here regularly, until today, when the staff decided to discriminate against my daughter and her friend and over charge them. The girls always get the same thing done and the price never changed. The longevity of the nails aren’t good, but it’s close to home so they used to like to going there. The staff decided that after they put nails on my daughters friend, to charge them an additional $5. This made-up fee is NOT posted anywhere, and as you can see from the video, she admitted to charging clients different prices. She also told the girls to leave because she did not “trust” them. She also couldn’t explain why she said that nor did she apologize. Did she not trust them because they were teens or because they’re Latina/Black? She didn’t say, but it was very obvious and their treatment of the white women there were different. On our way out, she even said the “n-word”, but I continued walking out because contrary to her ignorant thoughts, not all Latinos/Blacks enjoy fighting. I wasn’t sure what to expect it’s a hidden place and you can’t really see inside but the staff made me feel welcome from the moment I stepped inside. Everyone was really nice to me they even did my pedicure and manicure at the same time and I absolutely appreciate that! 0 stars for this place. Pathetic customer service. Very rude and disrespectful towards their customers. Charged me $30 for 15 minutes of pedicure. When I asked about the price, she started screaming at me for no reason. Had the worst ever pedicure of my life. Would not recommend this...
