Milky tea is good but the cake is very dry I tried three different cakes three different times and they were all very dry and customer service was very rude short red hair lady is So! Mean! And yelled at me! and I gave her five dollars and all ones for three dollar order and she never gave me my change back and then gave me an attitude when I asked her for my change and then she yelled at me.never coming back, I’ve also had a weird experience in front of the store I was waiting for my husband and one of the workers came out stared at me and walked behind me very close to the building didn’t say excuse me and then walked into the back door, Maybe she was wondering why I was standing outside of their business I also am Muslim and maybe it’s a race thing but every time I come in here they seem very annoyed with me and rude like I’m bothering them never coming back I feel very unwelcome with the attitude that they give me, And also why be upfront as a cashier and you can’t even speak English I’ve heard other Americans coming here and they had same lady refuse service because she wasn’t Chinees and couldn’t understand her so they want them to order fast and leave it seems like, very Low Class business and they only...
Read moreI love this place. People need to understand it's busy and cramped so they need to get through people's orders quickly. If it wasn't quick they would lose business. So go in knowing what you want or step back off the line to look at the menu boards first. Order loudly, slowly, and clearly, and watch for your turn. I have never been ignored by them. I don't think I will come back and I come fairly often. Old review: Everything I have tried here is great. The long line can be intimidating but it usually moves quickly. Very busy place so it's good to know what you want. Super cheap too. I plan on getting a birthday treat from them this year because of how affordable and cute...
