FDNY Engine 64, Ladder 47 — Local services in New York

I wish I can give this place 0 stars. We were driving pass this place not realizing they were putting one of the firetrucks back into the garage. Then out of no where one of the firemen started honking with a really LOUD horn and another yelled at her to back up in a very nasty tone. This startled my already timid mother and might I add My mother had a kid AND a disable in the car including myself so the reaction of the firemen was extremely unnecessary, unprofessional and embarrassing because right after people were laughing at us and to my surprise even some of the firemen were smiling too. The whole experience was short but significant. Probably doesn't sound like much to you but it hurt myself and my family to be treated like this by the very same people who are suppose to make us feel safe and comfortable. Now we will forever have a bad memory associated...
