Castle Hill Av — Local services in New York

It's a pretty nice station with some cool views. I rarely use this station, but I don't really have many issues when I do use it. Last time I was there, I think the times of when the trains were supposed to appear weren't synced with when the train actually arrived (which was happening on both the downtown and uptown sides). A train came in and the loudspeaker didn't say anything about it coming till after I got on the train already. That might be just technical difficulties and all, but hopefully they fix it soon so no one else gets confused. Sometimes a dirty station. Planned changes are not always announced, neither proper signs are displayed. Express trains come in that are marked express and run local. Fare beaters galore , hardly ever see a transit officer, especially during rush hours when trains are full of students eating their breakfast or playing their music loud. Most of their machines selling metro cards are usually out of order , or they don't accept bills. Sometimes credit card machines are not working...
