MY DELI GOURMET &GRILL — Restaurant in New York

I saw a video on YouTube by this guy named Berto about this place and figured this would be a good place to go on an adventure with my "trying" vegan niece. I thought the whole store was vegan products but they sell halal foods as well. My niece ordered the impossible chopped cheese and was impressed, I thought it should have been a hero rather than on a roll, for $16. I ordered a steak, egg and cheese sandwich and a tropical smoothie. I waited around 30 minutes and when my order arrived, I opened the bag and I received:

1 OPEN bottle of ginger-ale. 3 little sandwiches wrapped in plastic wrap.

I can’t even begin to describe or understand how stupid this is. I don’t even know how you mess up an order THAT badly.

The best part is that when I called to find out WTF went wrong, the guy who answered the phone told me “oh well, talk to the guy who makes the sandwiches.”

I will absolutely never order from this...

I recently visited the Bronx on business, I decided to grab a quick lunch before heading back to NJ. I visited My Deli figuring on getting something quick to eat as I drove home I was was delightfully impressed with the amazing service, friendly atmosphere and then came the lunch.
