I canāt speak on the gym because I havenāt been inside due to the lack of communication via messages. I wanted to join around 2 months ago, the website says to message or call. They didnāt pick up the phone so I messaged. The owner said they would be there around 6pm, I went over around 5pm after work and asked if I could come in earlier. Owner said they actually wouldnāt be there til ā6:45pm :(ā That was a little annoying because I was already there and couldnāt wait another hour but I let it slide because I genuinely wanted to have a positive experience and join the gym. After a second attempt to come in on another day, the owner NEVER replied to me which is seriously just so unprofessional. I thought maybe they were on vacation but itās been over 2 MONTHS! The lack of remorse on their part, not even an apology, just a sad face emoji :(. They obviously donāt want my business and they cater to a certain demographic so I will never be joining. They ruined any chance of having a positive outcome on this experience. So disappointed on the lack of professionalism...
