Bad service. They promised a refund (wall mounted AC refund from govt) but every time I called them to ask when can I come in to pick up the money. The workers always come up with lame excuses. First they said their accountant doesn't work today and they'll have the accountant call back. Never called us back. Second time we called they said money isnt ready yet. Third time they said it will be ready in two weeks. Fourth time they said their boss is out travelling. Fifth time i called they said your funds will be ready on Saturday to pick up.

Okay now my dad showed up at this 18th ave store and they still cant give us the refund. Seriously?? Im never buying anything...

Horrible service. I was looking for a new fridge.. I checked every big retailer and decided to check here too. Front of the store I saw the guys loading appliances into the trucks but how they did it , I would not want that. Whatever I looked around but nobody tried to help me, even they watched all my steps not to steal something. When I was about to leave 1 guy approached me to ask what do I want. After I saw prices and they told me there is no warranty on anything I decided to leave. At least I know, I should never...

I've been buying appliances from here for over a decade. They have reasonable prices and no delivery fee which saves me a lot of money. Sometimes they have good sales on 5 burner stoves so I buy them for my tenants. It's cheaper here than buying from Home Depot. They also remove my old appliances for a small fee.
