I had a great experience before. I had gotten a haircut, styled and my hair dyed. This time, I had the same 3 things done but after 3 days in, I noticed that I still had a small streak of gray on both sides of the front of my hair. After 5 days, my roots were showing. Mind you, I last got all this done, after losing my husband and wanting to do my hair for his memorial. So, when I was asked by someone, "why don't you go back, to let them know"? I've been through a lot, this past 2 months and going to complain, about something that was only going to frustrate and upset me more, especially, if they didn't fix the issue, wasn't something that I could have dealt with. They seem like the type, that would argue, that they did things right. Apart from the fact that, they do not tell you, how much it's all going to cost (I accept the fact that I didn't ask this time around) being that I was grieving and had other things that were (to me) more important, like my husband's memorial. AI can't stress it enough "Ask how much it is, that you're going to be paying, up front". Although that doesn't excuse them, leaving 1 gray streak of my hair, on each front side, (left and right) without dye. I just won't go there anymore. For charging $100 plus me leaving a tip, for all 3 things done, I shouldn't have...

This Hair Salon is wonderful. I came to this salon wanting to get highlights for my hair and this is my first time here.Shirley, the owner is considerate, down to earth and ethical business owner (based on my observations and sense in this one single salon visit). She supervised and paid attention when her staff is working on my hair and states that she wants customer’s hair to be healthy as that will ensure a good long term outcome. Scum bags!!! It's been about 4 months since my friends hair was fried at this salon!!! The past 4 months have been a nightmare and caused severe distress having to apply hair oils and treatments daily in hopes to save the hair !!! Endless strands and pieces that were irreversibly killed had to be cut off. She's still struggling with irregular hair and doesn't want to revert to completely getting a boys cut! Should have sued this place!! Stay away!!!!! Hope...
