Fish House and Crispy Chicken — Restaurant in New York

Owners are good people and they make the food decent when they are available. Today I went and ordered a chicken quesadilla, and as I waited for my food, I went over to the chips but nothing peeked my interest. When I went to pay for my food, the Spanish speaking cashier told the man that made me food that she saw me grab a bag of chips (In spanish). I looked at that woman and asked her if she is accusing me of stealing a bag of 50¢ chips and I assured her that I could buy all the chips on that shelf if I wanted to. The brown on my skin deceived this extremely ignorant woman into believing that I was a thief. And to top it off, I ended up with a dry quesadilla that tasted like nothing but vinegar. Very very disappointing, will return to speak to the owners but...

I ordered Chicken Quesadilla’s and ended up with Shrimp Quesadilla’s! Which my daughter is allergic to, and I had ordered them for her. Their phone service is horrible, and got caught off after about a minute. In the store, the radio is played way too loud, therefore the guy can’t hear me. I called back the place to file my complaint, and the guy I spoke to brushed it off, and just offered my a free item in return. Which I think is really unprofessional because something serious could’ve happened, if we didn’t spot it out before. Always double check your food before...

I used to order the lobster every few days. It was 30 dollars. Out of nowhere it went up to 40. OK cool. But then when I click on the rice option which is mandatory, it's adds 4 dollars for rice. Then they had the nerve to add a 10 dollar delivery fee. And uber is charging me 8 dollars to bring it? It came up to 75 dollars. What the hell. I just order somewhere else now cause...
