Kwan Hing — Restaurant in New York

This is my 1st and last time ordering from this restaurant! I ordered the Szechuan chicken with pork fired rice, ginger ale and an egg roll. The delivery person delivered my food, with almost all the food inside the bag. I called him back from # he called me from, but he didn't answer. I then called the restaurant to let them know what happened and I could hear the delivery person in the background. He came on the phone, I asked him why did he delivered my food spilled in the bag. He told me he'll give me a refund in cash(I paid with a card) He then called me back 2 mins after, letting me know that they're making me another meal. He asked me what I ordered, I told him and said he'll delivery it in 10 mins. He came, apolozied and when I got upstairs and open the box, it was just chicken and no rice whatsoever. I tried calling him back and no answer, I tried calling back the restaurant before closing time about 4 times and no...

The outside of the restaurant looks like a dirty little hole in the wall, but the food that comes out of there taste great and they give good portions. I used to eat at the Chinese restaurant across the street but one day I sent my boyfriend to get me some Chinese food and he went to the wrong one. The food we ate from Kwan Hing taste much better! I asked where he got it from and he showed me the other one. What a difference! If only they would FIX UP the outer appearance of the restaurant!!! They would be killing ANY OTHER Chinese food restaurant...

Never got to place an order because the lady couldn’t help or answer what was the difference between buying the small amount or getting a big amount or how the container ( box, plastic) she was not informative enough for me to buy from you or to become a customer. It’s always good to have employees well aware of their menu so they can explain to the customers and be able to answer our questions. I work in the Food and Beverage Industry and I know how to answer questions or quantity related...
