Foot Locker — Local services in New York

DO NOT come to this “foot locker” the guys that they hired are 100% UNPROFESSIONAL! I went to this store to purchase a size 5 shoe (even tried it on) when I get home for some reason the shoe doesn’t fit ... the employee (David) put a 4 in the box instead of a 5 then when I go to return it (the next day) one of the guys tell me I WORE THE SHOES so I can’t return it only exchange like are you kidding me ? Then proceeds to insult me like I’m a con artist . This place is sad and the shoes...

Harold is the best! I drove a hour in traffic because this was the only Footlocker in NY that had the last shoe size available in a sneaker that was supposed to be a gift. They don't usually put anything on hold and he did for me. Furthermore, this is the first time in the store and as soon as I walked in Harold already knew who I was and what I was there for. During a particular bad day I had rented a car to run errands and was two hours behind in doing them . I had ordered a pair of sneakers at this location i thought they would be ready for pick up . When i got to the store the associate told me they were not I felt dejected from.that point the manager and associates helped me get the sneakers when the order came in I was in and out in fifteen minutes it made a otherwise lack luster...
