This is the first time employees at a clothing store made me feel they were too good for my money. When I arrived I believe a manager had to inform an employee to ask the customers if we needed help. Customer service was not good at all they made me feel like I wasn't welcomed. I wanted to purchase some boots that were 160.00 and one shoe was faded. I asked if they had a better pair and I was told it was the last pair. I then asked the manager if I can get a discount due to a shoe being faded and he said he's unable to give discounts on winter items?? I felt like he just did not want to give me the shoes like I was getting over if I was given a discount. I never experienced this before I would have been happy with a 10.00 dollar discount due to one shoe being faded. I can't understand as a manager you miss out on a sale on a imperfect item which was the last pair for what reason? My mother just passed away I needed to purchase some black shoes for her funeral services and I was unable to get them at this location and for what good reason? It doesn't end there. Before I left an employee told me the store closes at 8:30 pm. I returned to the store at 7:55 pm and an employee told me they were closed early due to the storm. Why didn't they tell me they will close early before? And online it states they close at 8 pm. After all that I found the same shoes for 30.00 dollars cheaper at another store in the same area. I will not be returning to this store. I know people need jobs but if you can't do your job well to the best of your ability then you shouldn't have that job. First of I am very pussed off, I am a frequent shopper in both stores. I went there on Saturday to purchase something the lady with red hair she is the supervisor, I decided to go to the other store this store is something else music loud and customer service terrible staff be having they own conversations. Upon leaving my bag beep I stood there like come check nothing in my bag, but a shirt I brought from foot looker. I’m not sure really what’s going on with this location. But every single time that I have tried to call An inquiries about products that they have no one ever picks up the telephone no matter if it’s Monday through Sunday they will not pick up the phone forcing me to take a train all the way out of my way to go to the location to find out whether or not they do have a product.
